The Paediatric Diabetes Team is a multidisciplinary team who is passionate about helping you become experts in managing your diabetes.

By car: Enter hospital site at Entrance A. Park in car park 8.

By bus: Alight at Main Entrance (third stop).

Enter hospital at Sarum Entrance. Children's Outpatients is on the left. For the Children's Unit/Sarum Ward go up the stairs to level 4 and it is directly above Children's Outpatients. There is a mosaic trail created by artist Rachel Silver and children from Harnham Junior and Woodford Valley Schools that leads to the Unit.

Referrals to the team

For a new diagnosis of diabetes, contact the paediatric on call team via the hospital switch board.

For patients with diabetes transferring into area, please call our administrator on ext 2485 or email sft.pdteam@nhs.net.
