All patients of СÓŶÌÊÓƵ have the right to clear, effective communication in a language and manner that enables them to understand information that is being given to them.ÌýÌý

Our PALS team are able to provide information in various formats to suit your needs including audio transcription, large print and formats compatible with screen readers.ÌýÌýÌý

We can also arrange a translation service either virtually, over the phone or in person.Ìý
